Jio GigaFiber Broadband Is Coming In These Cities First

Reliance Jio has introduced its JIo GigaFiber broadband services a couple of months ago this year and since then they are testing it in several cities. But, Reliance does not say any official word on where it will come first.

Whatever, according to some online reports, it looks like Jio Giga Fiber is launching first to as many as 29 cities in India. 

Here Is The List Of The Cities Where Jio GigaFiber Will Come First:

  • Raipur
  • Nagpur
  • Thane
  • Indore
  • Bhopal
  • ghaziabad
  • Ludhiana
  • Coimbatore
  • Madhurai
  • Agra
  • Nashik
  • Faridabad
  • Meerut
  • Rajkot
  • Amritsar
  • Srinagar
  • Patna
  • Allahabad
  • Ranchi
  • Jodhpur
  • Guwahati
  • Solapur
  • Chandigarh

Jio GigaFiber registrations started in August this year on their official website. The company also confirmed that it is bringing the service to those cities first from where they get the maximum amount of registrations. But, they do not reveal the dates yet.

It has been previously mentioned that Reliance Jio plans to make its Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) service all over around 1100 cities in India. The company also said that they have made the service available as many as 900 cities in India. 

The service will come bundled with its own router, called as Jo GigaRouter. Also, the package could be a smart remote with the voice command support. 

JioGigaFiber will deliver speed up to 16Gbps. They claim that with this, users can easily play 4K resolution videos and even lay virtual reality games. Reliance would not be charging users for GigaFiber broadband connection, but they may have to deposit a fixed amount. The details on which is unknown now.

Reliance Jio may charge their users 50% less compared to their competitors are charging now. For now, most of the companies charge around Rs.700-Rs.1000 per month.
