7 Smartphone Features That May Disappear Soon

The design of the smartphones is continuously changed. For providing new designs, Smartphones brand takes bold steps such as removing 3.5 headphones jack, introducing face unlock by removing fingerprint scanner and etc.

Likewise the above features, there are some features that may soon disappear from your smartphone soon.

Here Are The 7 Features That May Disappear Soon:

Headphone Jack:

Many big smartphone brands remove the traditional 3.5mm headphone jacks from their smartphone. As you can know that the new OnePlus 6T also ditch the 3.5mm headphone jack. 

FingerPrint Scanners:

FingerPrint Scanner may also disappear from the smartphones soon. Already, the big smartphone brands like Apple also removes fingerprint scanner in its new iPhones- XS, XS Max, and XR. It only gives Face ID for security. Not only Apple but Vivo, Oppo, OnePlus have also included in-display fingerprint in their phones. It is expected that Samsung s10 also follow the same suit.

SIM Card Slots:

In the latest 2018 iPhones, Apple providing dual SIM supports through eSIM. Similar to these, the Android smartphones brands too jump on the bandwagon and ditch the physical SIM completely. However, in India, Reliance Jio and Airtel only support eSIM. And it is expected that other telecom provider also starts offering the same in the coming months.

 MicroSD Card Slot:

The external MicroSD card greatly affects the performance of smartphones. For this reason, many smartphone brands totally remove this. Although, now smartphone brands are providing internal storage as high as 512GB, so there is a great possibility that they should remove it.

Singel-Lens Rare Camera:

Now, Smartphone brands are used multiple-lens in the rare. Recently, Samsung has put four cameras in new Samsung Galaxy A9. So, we can expect that smartphone makers can ditch single-lens cameras and put at least a dual or triple lens camera in their phones.

The Traditional Mobile Charger:

Wireless charging slowly gaining its prominence. Now several cars are offering wireless charging pads inside the cabin. So, it should be possible that onetime charging cable and adapter are forgotten. In future people are not carrying any mobile chargers at all and charge their phones in public wireless pads.

Separate Speaker May Be Removed:

Separate speakers may be removed and display can be used as a Speaker itself. However, this technology is now available. In Vivo Nex where the display emits sounds.  So in the future, this could be possible that a separate speaker may remove from the smartphones.
